- Quotes are always free. We check your bike and tell you the price before we touch a spanner. If we’ve collected it and you decide not to go ahead, you just pay for the trip.
- Our prices are for our time. Parts are extra, and we’ll always tell you what they cost first.
- No surprises on the bill. If we spot anything else, we’ll check with you before doing it.
- Muddy bike? No problem. We just can’t service it properly under all that mud, so we’ll offer a wash (£10) first, only if you say yes.
